John D. Murr, CPA has been an audit and tax partner based out of our Lancaster office since 1988 and has over 27 years experience in public accounting. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Millersville University. He is the audit partner responsible for all the nonprofit audits of the firm. He has extensive experience in auditing and accounting for nonprofit organizations as well as information technology consulting, reviewed and compiled financial statements, income tax preparation, business formation, consulting and internal control review.

His tax and accounting experience includes construction contractors, wholesale distributors, manufacturers, retail organizations, service-oriented organizations, trusts and estates, professional practices as well as other commercial entities and individuals.

John is responsible for a number of the single audits prepared under OMB Circular A-133 and Government Auditing Standards. He attends numerous seminars on accounting and auditing and maintains the professional education requirements to comply with Government Auditing Standards. He has also served on numerous nonprofit boards and is currently involved in the community as a member of Lancaster BPOE Lodge #134 and Lancaster Sertoma. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael L. Reiner, CPA is an audit and tax partner in our firm since 1990.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College. He is the audit partner responsible for all governmental audits of the firm.  He has been employed in the public accounting profession for over 20 years, with the majority of that time working in the area of governmental accounting and auditing.

Mike has been awarded the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing. He attends numerous PICPA seminars on accounting and auditing and has completed the professional education requirements to comply with Government Auditing Standards. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is involved in the community through several social/service organizations.

• Serves on the PASBO’s Accounting Committee and presenter at accounting workshops

Lori L. Royer, CPA is an audit and tax partner with the firm. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Shippensburg University and has over 20 years experience in public accounting. Her concentration of audit work is with our non-profit and commercial clients. Lori has extensive experience in information technology consulting, reviewed and compiled financial statements, income tax preparation, and internal control review.

She is a member of both the Pennsylvania and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is involved in the community through several social/service organizations.

Lori attends numerous seminars on accounting and auditing and has completed the professional education requirements to comply with Government Auditing Standards.

Lori is also a Certified QuickBooks Advisor and devotes substantial time to consulting our small business clients in the use of this program and other small business software.
